By tuning up your first vertebra, the  atlas,  you might benefit from relaxed state and wellness.

You  can  do  a  lot  for  yourself,  too!

Give up milk and other dairy products. Use plant-based alternatives that are not harmful to your body and animals.

To avoid harmful compounds found in tap water and plastic bottles, drink filtered water from a glass bottle or container. A good water filter is one of the best investments for your entire household.

To get rid of viruses and bacteria, mix ground cinnamon, honey, grated ginger and organic apple cider vinegar, and have three sips every day.

If you have the flu, drink herbal teas and plenty of water, eat less and rest in bed.

When you feel hungry, you're actually thirsty. Drink a glass of water and see what happens to your appetite.

Your sleep and health will greatly improve if you elevate the head of your bed by fifteen centimetres and use thinner pillows, filled with wool.

Simple tips for      healthy life!

Small and big changes that make you feel and live well

When you realign your atlas using the HumanUP method, you might notice the changes in your body.   For a period of time you may sweat more, and your eating and sleeping habits may change.

Build on these subtle differences and try to introduce other small adjustments into your life. By choosing the right nutrition, drinking plenty of water, becoming more active and getting proper rest, you can further improve your health and become whole.

1. Stay hydrated

When you get up, drink a glass of water. Coffee in the morning causes dehydration, so save your caffeinated beverage for lunchtime.

Most people tend to eat three times more food than they need, and don't hydrate enough. When you feel hungry, the chances are you're actually thirsty. Drink a glass of water and see what happens to your appetite.

3. Don't sit all day and be more active

Only humans live and work upright, but due to our misaligned atlas we are more ill than any other species. We spend a lot of our time indoors, engaging in sedentary activities that negatively affect the curvature of the spine, our mood and general health. Our bodies were not designed for sitting all day.

Did you know that the best exercise for our spine is walking? A 20 minutes of a brisk walk strengthens your body and keeps your spine happy, you also get fresh air, absorb vitamin D from the sun, and interact with nature.

4. Make the best out of your bed

Sleep is extremely important for our health, including muscle and tissue repair, brain functions and hormonal stability. When you go to bed, switch off all electronic devices and remove potential disruptions. Your body needs 7-8 hours of quality sleep, so sleep on quality mattress.

Your spine, the lymphatic system and blood circulation can also benefit from very short lie downs throughout the day. You don't have to actually sleep to relax your body.

Research also indicates that you will get much better rest if you elevate the head of your bed by fifteen centimetres.

5. Reassess your diet

We lost our natural ability to choose and consume foods that are good for us. The best diet is one that supports your liver, ensures proper digestion and makes you feel great. You should never settle for anything less!

Centre your food intake on fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes, beans and whole grains, and avoid processed foods that contain harmful additives, salt, sugar and unhealthy fats. Acidic foods in general put stress on our entire system, damaging the liver and causing accumulation of toxins.

Try to stay away from meat and dairy. Replace them with plant-based alternatives that are not harmful to your body and animals. Educate yourself on negative effects of animal product consumption, its link to obesity, diabetes, cancer and many chronic diseases.

One of the best kept secrets of the medical profession is that our body can heal itself, given the right circumstances. So, be your own doctor, and eat fresh, whole and unprocessed products, rich in minerals, vitamins, omega 3s and antioxidants. Eat nutritional breakfast, lunch and dinner, and let your body thrive. Have breakfast like a queen, lunch like a king and dinner like a pauper.
